What Is The Role Of Wars In The Development Of The Milbus?

Normally war is considered to be an utter source of destruction and loss for the conventional arena and all those who are living in it.  Nevertheless it works the opposite way for the military of Pakistan.  Any war, while it brings damages and losses of lives for the people of the land, it also contributes towards entrenching the importance of military as far as the prospect of protecting the homeland is concerned.  

Specially in Pakistan where a large part of the budget is allocated to defense (it is somewhat odd as the defense sector only comes in handy when the country is at war, which is currently not the case with Pakistan), the military actually thrives on those monetary benefits and those frequent perks.  And as far as a war situation is concerned, it contributes a huge deal towards boosting the Milbus as wars enable the control of military to expand in other areas of the state.
