      Well you can't spot reduce fat, as the media would like you to believe. So just a good diet and regular exercise to loose the weight. Eat small, low in calorie meals every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism up and do a combination of cardio and weight lifting exercises to burn calories.
      Cardio will burn more faster, but weight lifting will burn calories for a greater amount of time after you've finished your workout. Not to mention that muscle burns more calories alone with you doing nothing than fat:)
