Why Can't I Open My Drive E? I Cannot Insert A Disk ...
I haven't use my CD burner for a couple of months but before that it's working. Now, that i want to copy a data to a disk, i can't! I cannot just disassemble the unit because i'm not so familiar with it and how or what am i going to do..please help me...thank you!

There could be a number of reasons for that:
