Blood Test And Pregnancy?
I took a blood test for low progesterone,diabete, and cholesterol because, I am trying to get pregnant. The doctor didn't run the test for pregnancy .IF I'AM pregnant will it still show?

No there are certain tests for certain illnesses if its a pregnancy test you need they sell them at the pharmacy, if you only want an blood test for pregnancy ask the nurse to check for hcg levels /pregnancy

If they never ran an hcg blood test to see if you are pregnant then no. You will have to have them run one or you will have to take a urine test. Sorry. It won't show up unless you had that specific test done. You should ask the doctor if he took one. Maybe they did if you asked and just didn't give you the results because it was negative. Usually they wont tell you unless it were positive if they didn't know you wanted to know.
