What Exercises Wud Be Helpful So Tht I Can Reduce Fat Near Stomach And Waistline?

I want to hve flat stomach.my stomach is somewht like bloated. I want to reduce fat near stomach and waistline.i want to reduce only the fat near stomach and waist.

    I'm doing sit ups/crunches every morning and swimming twice a week, I've seen a difference in three weeks. I did them all the time when I was young then stopped. I wish I had never stopped now at 43 its harder. Don't drink sodas!  Good luck.

      You have to join gym for most of the exercises. The common exercises for reducing fat are;
      1-Running
      2-Excess Walking
      3-Jumping
      4- Pushing yourself up on the laying position
      5-Pushing your legs up on the laying position
