How Do You Unlock Verizon LG EnV? I Found It And Want To Use It With Cingular. The Phone Doesn't Use A Sim Card?

I found a great Verizon LG enV cellphone and wanted to be able to use it with my carrier, AT&T, but I noticed it doesn't use a SIM card. If I can't use it, my friend that uses Verizon wanted to use it for her phone. We called up Verizon, they said the IMEI for this phone was reported lost or stolen and cannot be used with them. Is there a way to change the IMEI or unblock this phone by hacking or using an unlock code? Please help.
