I Am Being Sued What Are My Rights?

Answer Question

Don't know why you are being sued, but I'm guessing for money owed, since you put this question under rent, I'd say you have the right to make payment, or arrangements to make payments and stick to the terms of your arrangements, if you tell the Judge you can only pay two dollars a month make sure you have the two dollars every month until paid in full and don't say you can pay anymore than you can.....the best to you
