YES!!!!  I wear them 24/7  I love the fit and the way they feel to me...
I like the hi-cut microfiber panties the best.......And there is two types of men
1. Pantyboy = Is a man that wears just panties 24/7 And loves to sneek-a-peek up a girls skirt.
2. Sissyboy = Is a man that likes to dress up to feel like a female.

Sorry i have to disagree there, lots of men including me wear panties 24/7, in fact i have panties for work, others for relaxing time, others for bedtime and others for going out on my time off......geez now i think of it probably close to 170 pairs, just find them way more comfortable than men's undies

Snarky, there are A LOT more men that do wear panties, then you might think. They hide very well behind a pair of jeans, so men do wear them out in the general public.  Men are wearing them for a variety of reasons, but YES they are wearing them.

I used to work in a sawmill, outside moving and sorting wood. During the summer, I would sweat so much that I would be soaked in sweat. My cotton briefs would be saturated in sweat, and by midday, would start to rub on my inner leg. By the end of the work day, I would develop a rub rash, and would have to apply an ointment on me. I read online where another guy had the same issue as me, and his wife gave him a pair of her brief panties to wear. His problem went away, so I decided to try it as well.

More and more men are taking to wearing panties because they are much more comfortable than your ugly and drab briefs, boxers or boxer-briefs. I have been wearing panties 24/7 20 Plus years. I am 100 percent straight, married and 2 kids. Very few men wear panties.  Most men wear briefs or boxers, or boxer-briefs.  Those that wear panties probably only do so on special occasions, so not 24/7.
