I'm A 15 Years Old Girl And I'm 5'6" And I'm 140P. This Weight Is Not Acceptable To Me Because I Have A Big Belly And Fat Arm And Legs. How Can I Lose My Weight To 105-110?
I know that my weight is in a good condition but I still feel fat and want to lose those extra weights and make my fat belly gone and all my fats in my legs and arm. If anyone is possible, can you please give me like a diet plan for a month and exercises that i can lose weight in a very fast condition. Someone please help me. Thank you
