    I'm A 15 Years Old Girl And I'm 5'6" And I'm 140P. This Weight Is Not Acceptable To Me Because I Have A Big Belly And Fat Arm And Legs. How Can I Lose My Weight To 105-110?

    I know that my weight is in a good condition but I still feel fat and want to lose those extra weights and make my fat belly gone and all my fats in my legs and arm. If anyone is possible, can you please give me like a diet plan for a month and exercises that i can lose weight in a very fast condition. Someone please help me. Thank you

    It sounds like what you want to do is get more muscle tone.  The best
    way to do this is to eat a healthy diet and follow a good exercise
    plan.  I've put in a link to the British Army Fitness programme that
    was published in the Guardian Newspaper (UK) back in January.  It's a
    great program and give specific daily and weekly exercise plans.



    First you assess your current fitness and then you can start the
    programme.  It's always a good idea to check with your doctor before
    starting any fitness routine.

      According to international standards, your weight is slightly on upper side. It should be around 130-135 lb. You need only to loose fats not weight. To do this you can eat as you like except fats. Avoid bakery foods and sweets. Go for brisk walk of 30-40 minutes daily. Go for abs exercise like touch your toes without bending knees for 20-30 times in a day. If you loose fats and maintain your weight at 130 lb then you will be perfect.
