This Question Is Answered:
After U Live At A Apt. For A Year And Move Out Do U Have To Pay For New Carpet? When I Rented It I Didnt Have New Carpet It Was Just Cleaned.
Need info on carpet from the apt I moved out of.

No you don't have to buy new carpet if it wasn't new when you moved in.You can clean it just like they did when you move out.Don't let them tell you any difference
