How Many Years Of College On Average Does It Take To Become A Medical Examiner?

I am going into my first year of pre-med classes, and I know that the years of college can very in other states. But I was wondering how many years it can take in ohio? Is it around 6 or 8?? Thank you :)

    I don't know about America but in England you have 6yrs training in a university hospital,then you become a junior doc,then a house man,then you branch out into the field you want,so on average probably about 10-14 yrs before you qualify into the area you wish.

      I took this course when i was at college and although it is a long time to study i thought it was very worth while it is only 14 years to become the lowest medical examiner then an extra 6 years to qualify as a professional hope this helps!
