Dependant on your contract depends on whether you are obliged to or not.However in my experience you will have to though,as i haven't heard much different than that.The landlord however has to fix an appointment with yourself to show the property,the landlord can't just turn up with prospective clients.The landlord must inform you,and you have the right to refuse if it is at a time or date unreasonable to you.Hope this helps.
