I have two nice size pieces of steak and I don't have a broiler or a BBQ. Any suggestions on how to make a good steak any other way. Help!. I need this recipe by 1pm today. Thanks for the help

Slow cooking!!! I like to put them in a crock pot and let it cook all day on low( about 8-9 hours) just mix up some steak sauce and a little water with whatever other seasonings you like . Pour in the mixture and then add your steak. You can spoon a little of the juice over the steak every so often. When it is done you should have a tasty, tender steak!

Marinate the steaks in soy or teriake, sauce, or your favorite marinade, cut and use the fat sections of the steak to 'season' your pan. Get the pan,[ skillet] very hot, and put the steaks in the hot skillet, so that you hear it sizzling, searing. When the steak begins to brown on one side, flip it, brown it a little, and then turn the heat down to medium. Check and turn, until desired doneness. If you want it well done, you might add a tablespoon of water or marinade, and put a lid on the skillet on lower heat for 5 minutes, and then remove the lid and continue cooking.
