Pepsi, Sprite, and energy drinks have a lot of sugar in them.  The energy drink is particularly high in sugar content because that's what gives you the energy.  Sugar promotes tooth decay.

Tap water usually contains fluoride which prevents tooth decay and promotes strong teeth.  Bottled water contains just about nothing, and does not affect the teeth.

As long as you brush your teeth regularly and don't drink a ton of soda the sugar should have no real effect on your teeth. If not then the sugar will start on cavities and what not.

Years ago i was a cola drinker. It seemed like i drink it around the clock. My front two teeth decayed from all that sugar and i brushed regularly. So if you can, drink sugar free.
