I have a beagle pup i bought from a man, i seen the mother dog and she was definitely a beagle, and i didn't get a good look at the father but he was said to be a blue tick beagle, i thought for sure then considering the mom and dad was there, but her color is not the usual beagle color, white with brown and black spots, she has the color of a rottweiler tan and black but she has a bit of white

It may not be full breed. You could always ask the guy again to take a look at the dogs again to re-assure your answer. Also, you could do blood or genetic test that they offer to tell them apart. :) hope this helped.... Genetic test can be expensive though....

she may be, i looked up images fer beagles and found one identical to her....both not looking like the normal beagle
