What Rights Do I Have As A Tenant Living With Girlfriend, That Wants Me Out?
Wanted to know if i have any legal rights since we did move in together. Also was it legal for the police to take my keys from me and tell me to leave.

They did what? no way! as a paralegal i am shocked! typically they refuse to involve themselves in civil matters. did you do her physical harm? that would be the only scenario i would see them doing such a thing. your rights: well if you are on a lease with her you have every right as she does to be there.
