The most common side effects of any vaccination include lethargy, pain (usually localized at vaccination site), swelling at vaccine site or facial swelling.  The most severe reactions occur shortly after vaccination--this is anaphylactic shock.  This causes weakness, collapse, difficulty breathing, severe facial swelling, vomiting and diarrhea.
There are many causes for puppies to have vomiting.  This could be from nausea due to discomfort from the vaccine.  I would have this dog examined to make sure nothing more serious is going on.  Medications can be prescribed to make your dog fill better.

There are many side effects associated after Parvo vaccination. The most common are fever, stiffness, sore joints and abdominal tenderness. Talk to your vet if the fever or vomit persists.
