    What Is The Difference Between Procedure Oriented Programing Languages And Structured Oriented Programming Languages?

    Procedure would be more universal languages i.e. the way the language works or the preferences of the programming.

    Structural would be more, say, OS based, or perhaps geographical based i.e. the way a DVD can be programmed to work in American players, or Euro players (the way the DVD programming was structurally based).
