How Can We Draw A Hexagon To Scale With 400 Feet On Each Side To Scale?

This is a high school project that I am trying to help my grandson with.

    The hexagon is the figure that has 6 sides. If we suppose that the sides are equal, that means each side should be 400 feet.
    Now make the scale that equals 100 feet to 1 cm. That means 400 feet equals 4 cm. Now draw the hexagon with sides equal to 4cm each.
