    I'm Denied On Tourist Visa, Can I Applied For Fiancee Visa Immediately If I Have All Requirements?

    I'm Filipino. I applied for Tourist Visa last April 2008. If i have all documents for Fiancee Visa. Can i apply again even it's not too long for me to be denied? Is the Embassy rejected me again co's they denied me at first?

    I think yes you need to leave a certain amount of time in the middle go back to there decision letter an carefully  read through it it should be there good look
