Money is being taken out from my check by my employer and he send it to john Hancock on a weekly basis, but the money does not reach my account, until 2months. I feel I'm losing money.

I think you will only lose out for the two months. Since after that the cycle should be set. Honestly in the grand scheme of things - it should not matter.
However, 2 months seems to be an awfully long time. But I am not aware of any legal requirement that an employer must deposite amount the same time as your pay check.
