Many vegetables can be eaten raw (uncooked) and are very popular that way; Lettuce, tomatoes, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, onions and peppers, just to name a few.  You should speak to your doctor to find out what's causing your body to reject the vegetables.

Raw unwashed vegetables can carry bacteria, but more commonly carry the norwalk virus or norovirus-the virus group of the caliciverdae almost always responsible for the so called stomach flu.

Although I am very particular when I wash the vegetables but the norfolk virus you mentioned is unheard by me so I shall google it and try to learn more about it.I am trying to eliminate one veggie each day from my diet and trying to pinpoint which one of it is that is not agreeing with my stomach. Thanks though for the info.

Wait. Before you go getting rid of veggies, see a doctor in case there is a bigger problem.

Vegetables are full of *fiber*, a natural diuretic. Anytime I eat veggies in mass quantities, things are a bit different, but I like the health benefit of filling up on healthy foods, so a little loose stool and gurgle stomach are fine with me.

I have the same problem. No matter how much I wash the veggies, I get diarrhea after eating them.  I haven't eaten any in a long time.  I wish I could but it's not worth getting sick over..Sometimes very sick within minutes.. Any new ideas ???

It should be mentioned (in addition to the other great answers) that raw veggies are VERY high in fiber, and that may be part of what is causing the diarrhea.
