What Is A Good Diet For A 20 Year Old 5' 6" African American Female?

I am a 20 year old college student and I am concerned about my health, because I stay on campus and this semester I have not been eating healthy, because I work and go to school, and by the time I get finished with all that I have homework, so I normally eat something quick and easy. Hypertension, diabetes, and cancer run in my family's history, and I want to avoid these diseases if possible. I often find that I am tired a lot even if I do get rest, so I want to update my eating habits.

You really should force yourself to make time to eat regular meals. I can't speak for all schools, but my nephew is allowed a small refrigerator and a microwave among other things. He's an athlete and particular about what he eats, so it works out rather well. Even if you don't have access to such conveniences, there are healthy foods and snacks for people on the run. You can carry those things with you. Stay away from salty and fatty foods, and you might take some supplements if necessary.
