How Can I Obtain A Real Estate Broker License?

In order to receive a license for a real estate broker, you need to have at least a minimum of one year experience as a licensed real estate sales person or even an experience of two years in a general estate field. In other words you need to complete salesperson course of 45 hours and an extra 45 hour real estate broker course as accepted by the Secretary of State, and have passed a qualifying examination administered by the Department.
