Why Are Exercise, Sleep And Rest Important?

    Exercise is important to keep healthy and stay in good shape which i good for you in the long run.  Less risk of heart attacks strokes and so on.  Sleep is to let your mind rest.  You don't want to overwork your mind it could cause stress confusion headaches etc.  Rest is always good on the body.  It gives you a break from moving constantly and wearing yourself out.   I'm sure there's other reason but a nurse or doctor will be able to tell you more.
