What Is Nazar Amulet?

A Nazar also known as evil eye stone is an amulet from prehistoric Turkish folklore, which offers protection from the evil eye. It comprises of concentric circles and is even at times referred as the Blue eye.

An amulet also known as a talisman is a thing which is believed to bring good luck and offer protection to its owner.

Some of the amulets include: gems or some basic stones, statues, coins, drawings, pendants, rings, plants animals etc. Amulets were thought to be special according to their place and time of derivation. On the other hand, religious items normally serve as amulets in various parts of the society; these figures can be made from any substance like gold and also could be some symbol in place of the deity.
