The above answer is incorrect. A dead cell may still have a nucleus, hair is made up of various different cells, as are toe nails, which do have nuclei.
The ONLY cells in the human body which DO NOT have nuclei are RED BLOOD CELLS. These cells do not have a nucleus in order to save space, and make respiration more efficient since it is these cells which are responsible for the transport of oxygen.
Organisms known as prokaryotes do not have nuclei, as opposed to eukaryotes which include organisms like humans and other animals, which do have nuclei.
