Nope. They did a pretty good test of it on mythbusters. They even yelled at some and it made no difference. What they figured is that singing to the plants helped the gardener pay more attention to the plant thus providing better care. So it was more for the benefit of the gardener than the plant. A happy worker is a good worker ;) lol!
