Idealism is a vision, thought and desire of every individual, which he or she likes to have in their life. Though to have an ideal is very difficult in the present age because of many factors like materialism and self-motivation yet people are lucky enough to find their ideals. So far your question that what is the classification of an ideal wife can be narrated in the following terms.
1. The first and basic quality in your wife should be sincerity. If your wife is sincere to you, your life in your house as well as outside the house will be ideal because you will be able to lead a free and happy life.
2. Devotion is the second factor, which should be present in your wife. If your wife has devoted nature, she will help you in your thick and thin and you will be able to pass your rainy days as well in a nice manner.
3. The other qualities like her beauty and other things are secondary and additional and they should be praised as well.
These are the few classifications of an ideal wife, which can make your life worth paradise.

In my views I don't think there is some specific means of with which you can put wives in different classes.
An ideal wife means a realistic woman who should be sharing, caring, loving and know all about these terms.

I think an ideal wife is the one that understand you well, she must know about your liking and disliking and she must also be aware how to keep you happy. She in fact must have a great respect and regard for you in her heart because this is what really necessary for a good, durable, peaceful and loving relationship. I think not every one would like to get marry again and again therefore they should be really careful about choosing his life partner. If you are living in a joint family system then that is also a great aspect that you will be considering. She might be an adaptive girl and should adapt herself according to the environment of your family. Some times love marriages have been successful and some times it went the other way i.e. arranged marriages. But if we go through experiences I think love marriages have not been that much successful. It might be because  before getting marry you make so many promises and later on you do fulfil that  and that is the reason that put one of you in doubt whether our love was not true . this is why I think arranged marriages should be preferred our love marriages so that you start new relationship right from the beginning and this is how you develop your trust from the first day go.

According to what Hindu scriptures says, An ideal wife should be a  mother in caring, a servant in household work,  a minister in advicing,  an angel in beauty, romantic in bed, a goddess in pardoning. On the whole she should resemble a domestic goddess.
