    Can You Tell About My Average Weight That I Should For My Age And Height For Health Reasons?

    I am an mother of 5 and very active twins and i feel i can not keep up with this weight and want to lose it it healthy but not be too skinny i would like to get back to a size 14/16 how can i do it? My weight now is 270

    Try the Gillian Mackieth plan...no wheat no dairy, no sugar no alcohol, no caffeine, only white meat and fish, lots of raw veggies, fruit seeds and pulses...all good natural food with 30mins exercises three times a day for 8 weeks sounds extreme but it works and you will feel great! you can buy her book on Amazon.
