    How Long Does A Person Have To Press Charges For Trespassing? I Think He Broke In, But Since My Girlfriend Talked To Him And Even Let Him Borrow Two Dvd's. What Can I Do??? It's Been Two Months.

    Want to know what i can do and how long i have to press charges if it's even worth it.

    Why do you want to 'Press Charges', is there jealousy or pride on your part. If it taking time you have to ask do you really have a case. Particularly if you only think He broke in. May be your girl friend let him in, could be he didn't come in. After all she gave him the 2 DVD's. Hay move on
