My last period started September the 7th and ended on September the 11th so what is the first day that my next period will start in October?

It is difficult to predict exact starting date of next periods. Normal cycle length is 26-32 days. If you are having 28 days cycle then your next due date is 4th October 2008. You can add number days of your cycle length in the 7th September. This will tell you next due date. Remember, this is not hard and fast rule because there can be plus minus in cycle length in every cycle. So, you can only forecast about your next periods.
