What Is The Recipe Of Chicken Spaghetti ?

1/2 cup flour, 2 onions (chopped), 1 cup carrots (boiled and diced), 1 cup peas (boiled)
2 capsicums (cubed and seeded), 1 cup tomato puree, 2 table spoon grated cheese, 1 tea spoon salt, 1 tea spoon black pepper powder. Now let me tell you the method of preparing chicken spaghetti.

First of all boil and then drain the spaghetti. Then in a pan heat half of the butter plus add onions, capsicums, carrots and the peas. After cooking it for a while, add the diced chicken, tomato puree and cook again for a few minutes. Then take another pan and heat the remaining butter and fry the flour and slowly add the stock also. Now add the salt, the pepper and then cook it till the sauce is thick. Then mix the sauce in the chicken and the vegetable mixture. After doing this all add the boiled and drained spaghetti and then mix it well and thoroughly. When you get it prepared, garnish it with the grated cheese. Serve this delicious chicken spaghetti hot.

I usually use left over roasted chicken or three cut up breast(cooked). 1 can of diced tomatoes and green chillies, 1 can each cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. 1 bag of four cheeses (shredded), mix with cooked angel hair or thin spaghetti noodles and bake on 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes..
