What Is The True Meaning Of Life?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

To prove that the sun is doing it's job? I think if you look at different aspects of living in general then you can't give only one answer. To achieve the goal for which you were born for? To breed and reproduce the next generation? I'd bet Thomas Edison asked this question when he was a kid, never knowing he would one day invent the light bulb. His father may have been a failure at everything he tried, and his existence may have been just to be Thomas' dad so light bulbs could be invented. You may think you live a meager existence and wonder why you were born, but the answer may not be for "you" to hear. Your great grandchild may be the meaning of your life, because if YOU don't live then neither will your descendants. THEY may be the one that one day develops a cure for cancer. For now, be happy you are alive to ask the question. It may only be when you meet your maker when you get the answer.
