    2002 Ford Explorer Faulty Od Switch?

    Hi all, My overdrive light is on & od not kicking in. Ive restarted and its fine for a short time,then comes back on. The rpm going through the roof of course and mileage in the crapper. Hopefully just the switch in column? Thanks for your help

    Usually when the od light is flashing it is telling you there is a transmission problem and it sounds like yours is shot.
