The father is old enough to work. Yes you can get child support! He needs to get a job, and if he still lives with his parents, then the court might have them pay you or whomever has guardianship over the child will get the support.
It dont matter how old the father is ! The child needs to be supported, if he was old enough to make a baby, he is old enough to pay for the baby.
I was 16 and the dad 17 , and the court ordered him to pay, it was only 50 dollars every 2weeks due to the little pay he was getting, but he still was ordered to pay me.
That was years ago.... But the laws are still the same in family court. Good luck!
