Can The Landlord Increase My Deposit After I Moved In For 3 Years?
My landlord increase my deposit after 3 years of rental? Is it legal?

Technically, it depends on your state laws, but they can not change anything in your lease without having you sign a new lease, so if they want to increase your deposit they have to produce a draft of the new lease for your approval. I would check with my local county human services office should be able to point you in the right direction.
