Start by asking around in local petshops -- they might help or refer you to whoever breeds the birds they sell.

You mentioned Nanas parrot and I tried to look it up but I can't find anything. Is that a mispelling?

Next try to find local shows for parrots. Look at online communities, ask around for breeders not far from you.

Keep in mind that hand-incubating and rearing is an extremely demanding job over a many weeks-period. Are you glad to be tired to staying at home all day for at least 12 weeks? Because the bird will need a possibly lengthy feed, every 2 hours for most of that time. You might just about manage to get out to go shopping, if you can keep the errand to under 75 minutes. And don't expect to get a full night's sleep for at least 3 months.

You have to get a lot of things exactly right or you could end up with a dead animal (sad and expensive).

Given the demands of the care required, many if not most responsible breeders may be reluctant to sell an egg to you. They don't want to be responsible for birds suffering; and they want to know if you are adequately clued up to do the job properly. On top of that, the bird will probably outlive you, if looked after properly. Are you prepared for a life-long commitment?

You might be better off to purchase a parrot from a breeder who will let you come by on a daily basis to hand feed your parrot so you can create a bond. My sister in law raises different types of birds from eggs and it is a very demanding and time consuming process. She lets the eventual family come on a daily basis to be with the bird and bond so the transition from breeder to owner is not traumatic.
