How Do You Come Over Your Short Comings?

    Your short comings are always within your grasp, the fact that you achieved but didn't quite make it, means that with effort and a stretch, it is certainly possible.

    First you have to ask yourself if its really important to overcome this particular thing, and perhaps make a list of the things that you would like to overcome.  Then imagine if one of your successful friends, family or role models had the same problems and think through what they can do.

    One of my short comings is not having the will to eat less.  I tried a simple exercise of placing a post it note on the fridge saying 'I care about what I put in my body' and made myself repeat every time I was at the fridge, this kind of positive reinforcement has lead me to a much healthier life style and I do indeed eat much less trash food and much more healthy food.
