Most of what we think of as colds or the flu are various viruses.  Antibiotics such as you have listed are used in treating infections which are bacterial in nature not viral.  One of the reasons we have so many bacterial infections that are immune to antibiotics is because people take antibiotics for things like viruses which they won't help anyway.  The more often you take antibiotics the more chance that certain bacteria will develop an immunity to that antibiotic.

In short, if you have a sinus infection then antibiotics should help but only a doctor can prescribe the correct antibiotic for infections because not all antibiotics work for all bacteria.  If you have a flu or cold virus antibiotics will not help.  Only time and the old adage of drinking plenty of fluids and taking aspirin or ibuprofen for any pain or discomfort you are having will work.

No, antibiotics will help a cold or flu because they are caused by a virus and antibiotics only help with bacterial infections.
