The UTI and meningitis are found together in infants less than six months age. The UTI can not promote the development of meningitis. The meningitis is the inflammation of meninges of brain and spinal cord. It can be due to virus or bacteria. The symptoms include fever, headache, fatigue, nausea, vomiting and stiff neck. Visit a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
