*)Do not come in open air or under a fan when taken a bath.
*)Do drink a lot of hot stuff like coffe, tea, soups etc.
*)Do wear warm socks and wear warm clocks.
*)Remember to cover your head, neck, face and chest with a scarf especially while going outside. These parts of the body are sensitive and you can get flu if they are let exposed to air.

Personally ,  I never believed in Flu shots........perhaps if I worked among the general public, but I never got one...My dad always used to say, 'germs can't live in a healthy body'....& what with the horrible eating habits most of us have, it's no wonder we pick up every germ, etc., that comes along!!! Mainly, we need to keep hydrated!! Corny but true, drink your water!!! Try not to eat heavy meals, and eat more often & lighter, rather than 3 heavy meals a day eat fresh fruit when you can!! Make a meal on a HUGE salad with a variety of fresh vegetables...remember, fresh vegetables aren't only a side dish!!!...get your rest!!!!!!!! And most of all, if you think you'll get sick, you will!! What you think about, you attract!! Positive or negative!!!

I honestly don't do anything to prevent the flu and haven't had it in years. The flu shots give people the flu rather than prevent it, so good hygiene is what I recommend.

Make sure you dress warm. Wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands. This is one of the biggest contributers to colds and flu. Cover your nose and mouth when sneezing , if you have a fever stay home in bed, drink plenty of liquids, and take your cold medicine.
