Has anyone been so unwise as to feed him from the table? He is pestering you to give him food. You must NEVER give in, not even to quiet him - that would just make him more persistent.
One painless way to stop this is to fill a squirt bottle with water and "shoot" him with it when he barks like this. He will soon realise that being a pest in this way will only get him wet!
