What Is The Process Of Hospital Induced Labor?
My non-stress test indicated my amniotic fluid is low, so my doctor will induce me this Thursday on July 24th. Just wondering what is the process of induction.

My 1st baby- I was induced. The nurse inserted an IV and and put in special medicationscaled pitocin, to trigger labor and boy did it work. I hated it because labor wasn't gradual- giving me time to adapt to the increasing pain and pressure levels. It was whomp! All at once and was horribly painful! Later they realized my baby was back first not head first, so that added to the horrible back labor I had. She ended up being an emergency C-section< and very healthy and cute! God bless :}

The artificial labors are induced by placing a tablet in the vagina. The name of the tablet is Prostin E (Name might be different in your country). After few hours of placing, delivery take place.
