If you have a picture file, then you probably have an edit option. Open your picture file, like when you want to upload an avatar, by clicking on browse. Then click on the picture you would like to edit, right click on the picture and a menu will open up. Scroll down to 'edit', and left click on that. A big page with that picture will open up. At the top of the page there will be words like view and image. Click on image, a menu will open up. Select 'stretch skew', to make picture smaller, you want to put a number that is smaller than 100 in both boxes. It has to be the same number. Try 50 to begin with, this will make your picture smaller. One menu will allow you to rotate the picture, you can re-size by using the right arrows, so you may need to turn the picture upside down or backwards because you can only do this from the right and the bottom. Click on either rotate vertical, or rotate horizontal, to work with the picture. You will get the hang of it. Good luck...*p Dont forget to file, give it a new name.

You need to sign up to be able to edit your photos, but if and when you do that, you scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on "my account" and scroll down in there until you see "upload photos"
The rest of it is pretty self explanatory. Hope this helps.
