Was One Of These Hernia Meshes Recalled Since 2003 Gore Tex Surg Assist Or Prolene?
My wife passed on in 2003 due to complications from a hernia repair surgery she eventually died from septic shock I just need to know if I have good reason to sue for the doctors using a bad patch for 3 were used starting with the gore-tex then the surgassist then the prolene nothing worked.

Death is not reported due to septic mesh. But cause of death can be septic shock due to use of no sterilized equipment in Operation Theater. There are some lawyers in USA who can help you in post operative complication of hernia MESH.
