    The variable Uo (which is squared in the formula) is defined as the voltage at which the overclocked central processing unit (abbreviated as the CPU) runs. The variable Us (which is squared in the formula) is defined as the default voltage of the non-overclocked central processing unit (abbreviated as the CPU).
