    At least 4.5 hours, more than 5 hours would be typical, but only because you have to change planes somewhere.

    At least I can't find any direct flights (used Expedia to look for them, see examples here). Got same results on Opodo (see examples).

    Even British Airways doesn't seem to do direct flights, you'd have to go via Gatwick or Heathrow (4.5 hours, shortest duration I could find, see example flights.)
