I donot know much about this but  Anaplastic Oligo there are may types and different grade types. It is really hard to actually determine the right grade. A grade of 3 usually gives someone a couple of years or possibly longer as to live. Surgery, radiation treatments can prolong the survival situation. As you may know things will become more confusing possible epileptic fits and you may sleep more. Depending on the age for example if they are younger may be given more time of survival and grade may actually be lower. It may extend survival or it may not it is very uncertain. My condolences go out to whom ever this is. I hope the very best .
