The 'Hotel' was a television drama that was aired on ABC channel from the year 1983 to 1988. The setting of the 'hotel' was in St. Gregory's Hotel in San Francisco. The drama of the series centred on the guests who stayed in the hotel and the staff of the hotel. The series was quite a hit with the audience who stayed glued to watch the drama unfold vibrantly in their TV sets.
The lead cast of the drama was James Brolin, Nathan Cook, Shari Belafonte and Connie Sellecca. In fact Selleca was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for her stellar performance. The series was produced by Aaron Spelling Productions. It was based on the novel of the same name by Arthur Hailey. The book was also adapted into a theatrical film in the year 1967.
